0 STARS. My grandmother, (75 years old) has had a 5x10 unit since 2007 with public storage. Over the years they gradually increased her payments to almost $400 a month. The only way she could reduce her payments, as a loyal customer of 18 years, was to relocate all of her belongings to another 5x10 unit. This unit was down the SAME hall with a LARGE PILLAR in it.
