Diana was fabulous! I arrived and I required a different unit than what I had initially reserved. She helped me in no time to sort that out and the new unit was perfect for my needs. She was professional and friendly and it’s obvious she takes pride in her work! The move was seamless thanks to her! Thank you!
RUN HIDE DONT STORE ANYTHING HERE. Started at rate of $175 and $185 for a 10 x 10. Seemed great Diana was amazing. Very thorough. Excellent customer service! THEN IT ALL CHANGED This company is a TOTAL SCAM. They get you in then RAISE THE RATES WITHOUT ANY REASON. My $175 unit went up $60 I requested a price review and they said it was rejected CHARGED ME LATE FEES of $34 a unit so now my original $360 of storage is OVER $500 and they claim the rate currently for the same size is going to be $310 a unit???
