One of the manager's, Dianna is nice, but, as for the rest of her staff and her superior, Rudy Garcia, are a group of unsympathetic, irrepressible, irresponsible, group of morons that I have ever met in my life. I asked if I could postpone my payment for August until the 15th. They told me OK, but we are not going to allow you access. They said that it was company policy. Do not rent here!!!!!! In 1 year my unit was not only broken into but today I found a used needle shoved under the door. They have a major security issue and don't seem to even care.
The location of this storage facility is good but the staff is very unprofessional, rude and unorganized. If you call with a question they will tell you one thing but then when you physically go to the office they will say another thing. The customer service of both the employees and managers is sub-par. If you stop by the rental office you are usually greeted with blank face and inadequate manners.
