Worst experience at a storage unit ever lol…. take your business elsewhere! My unit was 5x5 and was so ghetto… I felt like it didn’t even have proper walls cause there were 2 big pieces of wood nailed behind my belongings and the “ceiling” was like dirty insulation. The price was high for this disaster of a space. Also, I hated the communication. You could not reach someone directly unless you left a message for a call-back. And 1 of the ladies I spoke to, over the phone, in the beginning was very rude as I was trying to nav... read more

The manager, Jasmine, is awesome!! I had a situation with my unit that was not the property’s fault at all. She went as far as to put a new lock on my unit to secure my belongings, and was extraordinarily helpful, understanding, and communicative during the whole process. Best storage unit property for sure!
The Public Storage at 12600 Jefferson has been a true pleasure. The team there is very helpful and always extremely pleasant.
