Storage unit flooded with sewage water 5 days after move in. Horrible customer service and dishonest employees. General manager complained she had to work late in order to assist 20 plus affected customers. Also refused to refund my months rent which was prepaid, because it was not her fault and I signed a contract.

Terrible customer service. Stay away unless you want your items ruined by flooding in the building.
