It’s not that I wouldn’t recommend public storage but I highly suggest that they improve the lighting at this facility. I once lived in South Jersey but currently live in North Jersey and I haven’t had a chance to move my unit. So, I can only get to the facility in the evenings. Last night, I arrived at roughly 8:30pm to retrieve a very important item from storage. It was myself and my three children. I arrived to find the facility dangerously dark. This has got to be the worst public storage facility ever. I just arrived to pick up a few of my winter clothes to find that my unit have been broken into and everything was going including brand new washer and dryer. The worker behind the counter just very callus and nonchalant about the situation I was informed that multiple units were broken into locks broken off how does this happen. Total rip off!!! Just received my auto pay receipt and without notice it went up almost $30!!!!! This is BS at its finest...I’m outta there by the end of the month���
