Had some issues here over the last few years- insulation falling all over our stuff (ruined a crib mattress and had to continuously clean up messes), no snow removal for an excessive amount of time, siding falling off the building. Constantly raising rent every 3/4 months. I absolutely loved the property manager and its close to my house so I dealt with it. Onsite Mgr Tracey is helpful, patient and thoughtful, ❤️dealing with her. I love her location on Peters Lane in Blackwood, close to home, remote gate opening, great deals online.
quick easy move in perfect!!!!Also. Tracy that works there is a true Gem she helped me when it didn't have anything to do with storage I left my telephone in a uber driver's car on my way to storage and I was stranded for hours. She came to the rescue. Thank you.

This is my first time renting at Public Storage. It’s very convenient because it’s five minutes from my house. I can make numerous trips if needed. The Staff was very helpful with the process since it’s my first time renting. The woman I spoke to number of times with different questions and concerns was very helpful and very nice. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
