I had my storage unti for almost 4 months, the 2nd month I was charged a late fee when I made my payment early, and got a confirmation, the manager made me feel uneasy I felt like they wanted me to miss a payment so they could auction off my unit, the unit was full to the top 10x10x10 if it's 10' high, I had no reason to go back for a month, the last week of June I made my July payment a few days later I get an email telling me they're raising my rent $20 a month really? Worse place, their people are rude, management is ignorant, they going ro trick you to rent with them and once you did they will scam you to put their hands on your stuff and sell them in auction, in auction, it is a trap just stay away They are big time scam rude
Do not rent from here. I had a reservation, and the manager called me. Once I called back, they were closed, and then it was the holiday weekend. When I called today to set up my appointment (less than 3 days later), the unit I reserved was gone, as was my reservation. THE KICKER IS, THE MANAGER BLAMED ME!
Worst storage company out there! The corporate offices need to reevaluate the customer service!!
