Jay is awesome! She was super helpful and extremely professional in helping me when I lost my key. She is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend anyone looking for storage solutions to check out Public Storage and especially J at the Wall Lake or Wixom location.
My experience with public storage has been awesome. I needed a small storage unit for just some overflow things in my home. I went online and purchase a unit, which was very easy. I even got a call to confirm that this is what I really wanted as far as the size in the. I also got a call from Owen to confirm that my move-in was smooth. This is a kiosk location, but I felt very comfortable and was even able to speak to someone alive upon my arrival.

I just rented space here. I was hesitant st first since there were no physical employees to speak with, but the Kiosk allowed me to video chat with an agent and walked me through the experience, and explained all the charges clearly. Access was easily granted via the phone app and was very intuitive with no need for a walk through. Facility looked very well maintained and secure. Lock and keys provided with rental for added ease. Would recommend for the price and simplicity of the process.
