Extremely unhappy with Public Storage. I first entered my rental on April 12th 2025, my first payment was $75 on May 2nd 2025. By september they raised my rent to $105, an inrese of 40%! And just today (April 28th, 2026) i received and email that they are once again raising my monthly rent to $131! An increase of 24.76%. Over in just a single year they raised my rent by 74.66%!! All while having units in my same size and climate control between $69-85. One even on the first floor! And bigger units in the $60's! Its just disr... read more

Earl attended my wife and I with efficiency and attentiveness. It was within 30 minutes of being at another location that I was already signing the agreement and lock the door. Much better experience than at U-Haul.
I came in the other day as a 1st time storage renter and spoke with Tenisha to get some information because I was comparing different places before I made my decision. Her customer service was absolutely amazing and it made me want to get a unit at this property! Very kind & knowledgeable!
