Earl attended my wife and I with efficiency and attentiveness. It was within 30 minutes of being at another location that I was already signing the agreement and lock the door. Much better experience than at U-Haul.
I came in the other day as a 1st time storage renter and spoke with Tenisha to get some information because I was comparing different places before I made my decision. Her customer service was absolutely amazing and it made me want to get a unit at this property! Very kind & knowledgeable!
