Kathleen at the 7210 Hwy 6 location in Missouri City was so kind and helpful ~ she was there at the location when we checked in, showed us where the unit is and removed the plastic band so we were good to start moving in!
Had a great experience with Earl. He was very professional and helpful. He made my rental experience a very easy process. I definitely recommend this Public Storage.

The property manager Kathleen and Sabrina are super helpful and friendly. They both have helped me choose the right storage space, and corrected mistakes in the system asap. They also took their time to explain important information with me that saved me a great amount of phone trouble and money. I keep staying here because of these two professional ladies. The customer service they provide is a dying breed.
I had to return a lock which I didn't need for a new unit. Earl arranged to meet me at the facility and was prompt and the return process was very easy. Nice experience.
