To the Owner of this property, I have one question. Why do you not have a Janitorial Service? The interior of your storage facility is unsanitary. On the outside you have a big pothole that needs fixing. The number you have posted on your door doesn't work. The menu asks you to press certain numbers of what applies to you but nothing happens. The property office poorly managed and not staffed the majority of the week. Left 5 messages over a three day period with no return calls. It used to be top notch but changed over the last two months. I do not recommend this property. Extremely poor customer service.
Talk with TJ and even though I had done everything online, he was more than accommodating and really helpful with getting me situated and into my new storage location
TJ was a tremendous help in getting everything set up. Very courteous and professional.
I been at this storage unit for 8 years.2 parking spot and roll down door bay.They try to increase my spots like every 3 or 4 one spot at time.Im now paying 810.00 a month.They always im not in the guide lines.So i fix it try to email corporate they never respond.I been waiting for over 3 months for them to fix a big pot hole in the asfault driveway still not fixed.I wouldnt recommend it personally my opion .Im still there because its close to my stuff
