Excellent customer service from TJ! He explained everything and gave options. The facility was clean and looked secure. Convenient location.
1st time Public Storage renter in a new city. TJ made my check-in seamless. He was very informative about the property, gate access, apologetic of the ongoing construction, and insurance. He walked me to my unit and made sure I knew how to use the lock. Thank you TJ for great customer service!
