One of the biggest nightmares I’ve ever dealt with. On October 31st our Car was stolen which had the key to our storage unit. On Nov 3rd we contacted the unit and asked them to cut the lock and we’d buy a new one. They said the District Manager, Sylvia would be out this week to cut the lock. No big deal we can wait a week as we weren’t scheduled to move until 12/1.
