I've had a storage space here for a few years now. The prices keep going up because of high interest in the spaces. So if there's less interest do my payments go down? I didn't think so. And now they asked to charge another $20 for 24/7 access! Ridiculous. I guess my review was seen. Public storage let me know my monthly rate will be discounted for 3 months. They were wrong.
