MOUSE INFESTED DISASTER. Do not, do not, DO NOT rent from this facility or company if you have anything of value. We rented two units for a little over a year and recently moved out. 30% of our possessions were destroyed by a mouse infestation. Mouse feces and urine covered every box and piece of furniture. Many boxes were "occupied" with contents destroyed. My stuff got wet and mold – I used this facility when I moved for a few months. When I went to get my stuff out, it was all wet/damp and moldy. Most of the stuff I put in there was ruined and had mold spots. When I called to notify them, they didnt care. Most of my stuff was ruined after using them.
