So I had posted a positive review for public storage.. but I am now deleting that review and posting what happened. I was charged $54.25 TWICE ON THE INITIAL DAY WE PAID FOR THE UNIT, and was refunded $24.25 on Sept 4, 2026...and again on the 18th another $24.25. They locked me out of the facility and I had to pay ANOTHER $54.25 OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT OR A MONEY ORDER (*who knows where to get a money order.. but I suspect it's so that I can't reverse the 3rd freakin' payment that they haven't reversed. The manager was super great and helpful with our unit choice and when I messed up and paid the wrong facility she helped me figure it out even tho I didn't have an appt, I would highly recommend the storage facility it's 24 hours and all the other people I've encountered inside the facility have been really nice and it's clean and the best price for what size unit we could find and I especially appreciate how close it is to my house. I recently moved into a Public Storage unit located in Tacoma. We decided to pay the additional $35 for 24 hr access and I'm glad we did because it took us a lot longer and was harder to get all of our belongings into our unit than I anticipated; that was the hard part. The easy part was obtaining our unit, it was completely done over the phone.
