I booked a reservation at this Public Storage a few hours ago and had a very frustrating experience. After making the reservation online, I called to confirm the access hours. The website clearly states that the location is open until 9 PM, but over the phone I was told the store actually closes at 6:40 PM. Because of this incorrect information on their site, they said I would need to pay an extra $20 for “24/7 access” — even though it was only 6:50 PM and I should have been able to enter based on the hours advertised online... read more
Before I walked in there I was having a crappy day and in the foulest of moods lol . The manager Awilda made it quick and painless . My crappy day ended in that interaction . To me Customer service is key .
Hello everyone!!! I had an exhausting time looking for a storage place coming from Texas, I would like to give a shout out to Awilda at the office, she made the transaction really easy, accommodating and real easy to talk to, she explained everything in terms I could understand, money wise that is and I was sold on it.
