John was awesome he got me the right size at the right price!
Andria, it’s hard to top John at that property but seeing you walk around sweating bc you are busy cleaning grounds in this Florida heat always smiling and coming up to us customers to ask how our day is and if you can get us anything, is such a joy. My family at the other locations purposely stop by to just say hi to you. You guys are the best.
Been a customer for over 4 years and am so happy with John whom asked if I needed any help while I was moving things around in my unit and assisted me with professionalism and courtesy . He met me in the office to help with my concerns . Noticed the office and surrounding units clean and well kept . Definitely recommend storage facility .
Clean facility. Matt was on his lunch but he stopped to help us find our unit. Awesome 5 star service.
