Calling customer service all day. Every call was more than 20 minutes and no one answered. Called to reserve a new unit and the call went through with in a minute. I have a unit for about 5 months now and all of the sudden the price went up. No explanation!!!!

There is no longer an on site employee, not sure since when, for any help you have to call the “property manager” but I’ve had no luck in even leaving a voicemail. The building we rented in was never cold and I’ve called multiple times to request an inspection because I pay extra for an air conditioned unit. Also the building has rats/mice and we did not know that prior to moving our stuff out so we moved things covered in urine and feces. Its been a year since ive rented a unit from this location and im currently in the process of transferring my things to a better and cleaner location WITH CLIMATE CONTROL. Also this place has pests!!! There was rat poop all over my boxes and I also caught a mouse falling in my unit. Disgusting! Now I have to go through every piece of item I own to inspect....
