Teddy and Hilary were top notch and took great care of me and totally made my day and a very happy customer. I arrived at Public Storage after traveling 3.5 days from Texas to Washington, only to find out that they could not find my reservation. Spoke to Teddy via phone and he totally took great care of my needs. I then met Hilary at a different Public storage and she was great to work with as well. Wish I could give them 10 stars.
Five stars for Hailey! She provided excellent customer service and was incredibly patient and understanding. She made a potentially stressful situation very easy to manage. I truly appreciate her help and would definitely recommend this facility because of her.
Kudos to Kathy at Bremerton Public Storage. Due to her diligence and attention to detail, we were actually able to LOWER our monthly rental payments. Thanks Kathy!
Even though I couldn't get a unit close to my house, Ray at my local Public Storage set me up at another facility where I could get a bottom unit. He was so good at helping me.
I 100% don’t recommend, solely based on the pricing. We started renting in August at $61. Then 2-3 months later they raised our rate to $91. Now we just saw a notice that our new rate will be $130 in July. Insane. I previously used Uhaul storage and while it was pricey the rent never changed and I had the same unit for 2 years. Rip off.
