Shout out to Jose Cortizo, we were bummed that there wasn't a cart on one of our moves and said so in a survey. Jose called personally and let us know he will ensure a cart is available in each building. We went yesterday and the cart was there. It made unloading so much easier as our unit is inside. Thanks Jose, much appreciated!
Mice got into several plastic totes. We've only had stuff here for like 2? Months? Barely? My other storage place doesnt have this issue, left clothes in bags for 2 years over there and the same stuff thats here now, 0 pest issues. Chewed up a very nice towel of mine and got into my dresser that had some clothes. Left rice, dog food and crackers (we have ZERO food in our unit!!!!) In the dresser. Just chewed up and made a nest in my kitchen stuff box. Which is just pots pans and towels wrapping knives. At least they didnt ch... read more
Getting started was easy with an online reservation that was completed in the office. Staff is always friendly and helpful whenever I need something. Access through the Bluetooth feature means I don't have to get out of my vehicle to type in any codes.
Teddy and Hilary were top notch and took great care of me and totally made my day and a very happy customer. I arrived at Public Storage after traveling 3.5 days from Texas to Washington, only to find out that they could not find my reservation. Spoke to Teddy via phone and he totally took great care of my needs. I then met Hilary at a different Public storage and she was great to work with as well. Wish I could give them 10 stars.
