RecommendedJosh is the best manager ever! He took us through each step, asked questions, explained how security is the most important item to him. When there was a problem with the paperwork he understood the situation and gave us time to correct it. Even gave us the special even though by the time we got to the office the special had expired. We had to rearrange appointments due to husband's jobs and Josh took it in stride. The site is clean and the customers friendly. Much better than the other Public Storage we have used.
