I went to my unit today and found rat feces all over the floor. Told the woman in the office and she came down to put "rat packs" in my unit. Now I'm going to have to pull everything out to clean - and hope I don't find too much damage! Might be a good time to move. 😠
Moving my stuff out ASAP... property is not maintained well, “ security” gate has been broken more in the past 6 months than functional, but most importantly once they get you in they have increased their rates TWICE in the past 6 months by more than $30 each time and give you at most a months notice... really a poor experience at every angle.
Be aware if you rent here. First off gate is broken for awhile. Also I moved out on the first and was charged a full months rent. I should have stayed at life storage where they do prorate
I have no words that could truly express how amazing Mariela is and how hard she works and how good she makes Public Storage look. I had my storage unit for nine years. All I can say is, God has placed here in that location in Manchester, New Hampshire. Nine grueling years that i made that payment every month, despite numerous tragedies and things that happened...I made it every month b/c of the beloved pictures and writings in there. This company is not military friendly! They told me its not my problem that my brother-in-law is in the millitary and cannot come back from overseas to store his car he should have done it before he left. I have quotes from other companies who understand the situation he is in and are willing ot work with me, The 1-800 number told me property manager would be call me within 30 mins they took 2 days to call me. I will never do business with them again or even ask for a quote.
