Very helpful and easy
I've been renting at this location for over 10 years. I'd really like to give them five stars, but as of late the property has been neglected. The most urgent of these issues is a leaking roof. When it rains, the vacant unit directly next to mine has a puddle on the floor and so does the area in front of the elevator. I've stopped by the office multiple times, but nobody is ever there. I've tried calling and leaving messages. On the one occasion someone actually returned my call, they put a lock on the unit that was leaking ... read more
