Customer service good when there is someone there but they do not have enough flatbeds. Twice I went today and they had no flatbeds

We love this storage facility and its local staff, especially Lucien and Kurstin have been so helpful in meeting and exceeding all of our needs as tenants. The facility is well maintained, clean and always accessible for us as we need it.
The customer service on this property has been superb! However the property itself needs to resolve the issue of the elevator being consistently broken for those of us that are on a second floor unit. In a one month time it has been down three times.
We've been renting at Prosper Public Storage for quite a while now because it's very close to our house, and we love it and their staff specially Kurstin and Lucien are awesome, they are very friendly and very helpful to us, and would highly recommend them and this Storage to anyone...
