Lucien was absolutely amazing. He spent time showing me different units and giving me the attention that I needed. This is my second time using this storage facility, and I’d recommend it.
Customer service good when there is someone there but they do not have enough flatbeds. Twice I went today and they had no flatbeds

We love this storage facility and its local staff, especially Lucien and Kurstin have been so helpful in meeting and exceeding all of our needs as tenants. The facility is well maintained, clean and always accessible for us as we need it.
The customer service on this property has been superb! However the property itself needs to resolve the issue of the elevator being consistently broken for those of us that are on a second floor unit. In a one month time it has been down three times.
