Absolutely terrible management here. Expect poor service and complete incompetence. I have over five calls into this location. Not one return call. I have had two appointments to see the unit scheduled. Both times the management / workforce did a “no show.” No reason, no explanation, no apologies. Completely inept management here. Appalling. Unwilling to even have a discussion about the OVER 300% RATE INCREASE they applied to my unit in December. I understand market adjustments and capacity issues, but my rent was paid on time every single month and they have several same-sized units available (at my original rate). I would have been completely fine with a REASONABLE increase. I also only received 15 days notice, which is ridiculous considering the new rate. This practice is disgusting.
