I’m blown away by the customer service I received from Evann, a manager at the Hedgcoxe property in Plano. I’m dealing with some difficulties, and had several questions about my units, as well as about policies and procedures. Evan responded very promptly to my voice message. He spent several minutes patiently walking me through the info and very kindly answering my concerns.
