The experience was great. Robert really assisted me with renting my unit. He is very knowledgeable and polite. Cona assisted me with pushing my belongings inside. They both explained how to access the gate and door. Great awesome customer service. I recommend this storage unit. Thank you
Ease and flexibility of our transaction was great. Had to make changes to both size and location. Rachel was terrific, transparent and helpful. Chose the inside climate controlled unit. Clean and easy access. First time using PS. I think I am a fan.
Unfortunately, being a loyal customer for years doesn’t mean anything. I began renting a unit here in 2020 that I am now being charged triple the market rate that’s shown online for a small 5x10 space. Last year I requested a rent reduction for loyal customers and was honored 6 months. I made another request this year, current property manager advised request are now only approved for 3 months and I was denied for a second request.
