Worst location in las vegas .... Ashley and the district manager Mark both are rude as hell .. Mark was so nasty there is no way you'd think he's the DISTRICT manager ITS A JOKE ..showed no courtesy or customer service. They insulted and tried to belittle me. When I asked for corporate info they refused. My bill is paid in full and I want to remove my things however they want to force me to but a lock for the storage after it is empty.... this is absoloutly ridiculous. I would never recommend this place ... go to uhaul or ex... read more

This place is disgusting, dirty, and trashed. Customer service sucks and my rent goes up every 6 months.
The employee in their office is beyond rude.The place was mostly clean when I got there (with an appointment mind you)Now it is covered in trash and debris.The gate was even wide open over the weekend.I asked for the management information I was told they didn't know.I called the 800 number and received the information but my calls have never been returned.Needless to say I will be moving units.I guess they don't need my business. On to a much better place ;)
