I appreciate him reaching out and trying to rectify the situation, but frankly, based on the experience, I can only bump this up one star. Hello, I was so pleased by Miriam's knowledge of storage units and the like...She filled in all the details and answered all of my questions so I could rent any size unit anywhere.I just happened to be helping some friends so there was no need fro me @ the time, but she went out of her way to be very friendly and business like anyway..I give ten count them 10 stars to Miriam for going way beyond for my friends & myself. Jeffrey, the gentleman who manages this property, is wonderful. He was the highlight of our experience. Do not be fooled by the $1 first month special. It was $60, between needing to buy insurance they don't tell you about, a special kind of lock you'd never assume you'd need, and other taxes/fees. $60, not $1. It's false advertising in a pretty egregious way. Folks are vulnerable when they're moving. They show up with a moving truck full of stuff and it feels exhausting to turn around and go elsewhere.
