Immense gratitude for Jessica. There's so much more going on at storage units than you really think about. They are far beyond boxes which store X feet by X feet of things. In our case, this storage unit was the last vestige of a man's former life, needing to be cleaned out by a family member who flew across the country to help with, let's call it "consolidation." My experience with the Public Storage unit that I reserved at 510 Jones Ferry Rd in Carrboro, NC was very clean. I had no problems finding my storage unit. The property manager Jessica was very helpful and got me straight and signed in with my pass key number to get into the unit and into the gate so, I was very pleased with everything. I will also recommend public storage to others as well. I thank Ms. Jessica for all the help she should me in my moving. Thank you Michelle Brickers

We were called to come tow an abandoned trailer off the property. the manager, Jessica, was awesome and very friendly. the property was immaculate and well kept up and she was very attentive as well. I did not check in at office and she noticed me on the property, she came out and introduced herself and was very polite and professional.
