So far I've been really happy here! Ms. Beverly at the front desk is super accommodating and sweet. Definitely recommend this storage place if you need affordable, easy storage.
When I say run… I mean RUN. I discovered a hole in the ceiling of my storage unit that has caused damage to my belongings. Ironically, the office contacted me before I even had a chance to report the issue myself because my payment was due. When I spoke with Beverly in the office, I explained the situation and asked what steps I needed to take to file a claim for the damage. The property manager / owner is so kind she called me to make sure everything went smoothly and we even talked for awhile on the phone just conversing. she answered all my questions. she’s so kind !!! great service <3
