Beverly delivered great customer service. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. She deserves a raise
Beverly has been a staple at this location and community for 20+ years. She has seen people come and go and has gone above and beyond to help her tenants. My mother has known her for the whole time she has stored here and she is family her son also grew up with us. From switching sizes and helping with the payment (they do go up a lot but that’s not her fault) she is always trying to help. Thanks Bev we love you!
Charged me for 24 hour access and then didn't give me said access. (They at least refunded me when I complained, but I still never got 24 hour access). Then they sent me a move-out receipt when I ever notified them that I was moving out. I still have a month left that I've paid for, I guess I'm not getting that money back. Now (weeks later) theyre trying to charge me for another months rent, when I didn't even get to use the remainder of last month. I'm really not sure what these people are thinking.
