Just need to let this company know that the girl named Candice, that works here, really goes above and beyond what normal employees do. She was extremely helpful and kind, without being pushy or fake. You shook give her a raise and then ask her to train new employees. Thank you, Candice, for restoring my faith in storage and in people.

I would like to to sincerely thank Miss Tiffany from Public Storage. After the sale of our farm, things were extremely stressful. Moving life into storage, even temporarily, usually leaves a pit in my stomach and a bad taste in my mouth. The kind and calming phone call I had with Miss Tiffany alleviated this. She was super professional and didn’t just genuinely listen, but I could tell she truly cared. That is a service that is priceless, in my opinion.
