Although the staff was polite the location is what should be avoided. With relocation from NC down to FL we stored our personals here as our house was being built starting in February. After a month and half we discovered a dead rat within the storage and clear indication of more damaged items. We informed the manager which apologized and only offered rat poisoning. we removed all our stuff, stores it elsewhere and now as we are moving within our house we are finding the extend to ask the damage. rugs, linens, books all stai... read more
