HECTOR AT 275 VETERANS ROAD WEST. WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL IN ANSWERING ALL THE QUESTIONS THAT I HAD. WAS ABLE TO TAKE ME AROUND AND SHOW ME VACANT UNITS THAT THEY HAD FOR ME TO MOVE INTO. AND HOW TO GO ABOUT RENTING AND SIGNING CONTRACTS . TO MAKE THE PROCESS A LOT EASIER FOR ME.
I am extremely disappointed with this company. I rented a storage unit expecting a fair monthly rate, only to have my rent increased by $72 after just four months. That is an outrageous jump and feels like a bait-and-switch. Offering a low introductory rate and then sharply raising it a few months later is misleading and takes advantage of customers who have already moved their belongings in. I had such a smooth experience here. The facility was incredibly clean and well-lit, which made me feel totally comfortable leaving my things behind. The check-in process was fast, and the staff was super friendly and helpful in finding the right size unit for everything I needed to store. It was nice to have such easy access to my items whenever I needed them without any hassle.
I’ve stored here a couple of times. Hector always makes me feel appreciated and valued. Clean property and friendly staff.
