I have had a storage unit here for many years and today my boyfriend got a unit. Hector helped and he was fantastic ! Very professional and took his time explaining everything to us. He took his time with answering all our questions. We would give him more than 5 stars if we could !
Was told I a reservation was made to stop by and see the unit before the office closes at 6. Drove half hour to arrive at 5:15 to no one in the office. Called the number on the door (call center) to be told the property manager wasn’t around and no one could help me. Also told I can’t escalation my concern bcus I’m not a customer. Not the type of company I want to entrust my belongings to ✌️
Hector is the nicest person ever and very professional he helped me with a smooth move in
