Website says one thing but when you go in its completely different rules. First the storage is not open so the hours are convinient for the customer but it's 9-6. We got a call saying the bill was due by the 6th. When I went on website it mentioned that you can move out any time. its preferred you let them know in advance but not required. Took all my things out by the 3rd as I work amd their hours clearly are not customer friendly. when tried to tell them I emptied all of my things they told me i need to pay for the whole m... read more
