Please do not use this place I went their to retrieve my decease husband things and they told me I owe the balance for one month to which i expected to pay and they want this month with late fees Attach to it ...When I contact at the Beginning-of this month and it took them over a week to get back to me....!
Public Storage in Hillside, NJ is the worst. The customer service is garbage. The district manager, Nicole, is very rude. I'm tired of paying $279 a month after removing half of my belongings. Today, the guy walks me through the long maze to a unit that was available. However, we get there and he said it was taken. A total waste of my time. It is a rip off and a scam. And $50 late fee. This is my last month patronizing a business that deceives customers.
These people are disrespectful and have no consideration for a contract they are very untrustworthy and money-hungry they are unprofessional do not know how to speak two customers and are very inconsiderate the only thing they care about is money when making a appointment with please note that ur storage unit is not guaranteed even though they tell u on the phone that ur unit is guaranteed and give u a confirmation number then tell u that it will be reserved please don't bet ur vacation on it because u will lose out, the min... read more
I don't understand what the problem is. Your company still has not cut me a check. I have been out your storage facility since june and your company has been giving me a run around. You promise to mail me a check and I received nothing. I plan to report this to the better business bureau.
Great place LOVE their prices, their storage sites me fine I wouldn't have went anywhere else.
