Carol was very polite and helped me set up the public storage app and she very sweet .
Listen to me when I say don't do it! They go up on rent every month damn near. They want me to pay $75 for dumping my things in their dumpster on the facility then proceeds to say " the dumpster is for us when we are cleaning out storages " oh please. Just patiently waiting for them to put it on my credit so I can call my lawyer & take the judge the video of the PROPERTY manager outside smoking with her nose tooted up while I'm calling the phone MULTIPLE TIMES & didn't get an answer clearly cause ik what she was outside doin... read more
Absolutely the worst storage facility around. God forbid you are late making a payment. Understandable that a late fee is charged, but they drill out the lock that you purchased from them and force you to buy another one from them. I'm not talking months late. My mother died, and I had to cover her final expenses, so I was 20 days late. They locked me out of my unit, drill a brand new lock, forced me to buy another one of theirs, locked me out of the app, after I made the payment so I couldn't get in and out of the unit I ju... read more
