Krystal and Olivia went above and beyond to handle my issues that I had at another location. They were very polite and professional, and I recommend public storage to everyone.
Olivia did a great job getting us set up.
Over all the staff was very helpful and everything was clean and hassle free
The Stough Rd location is excellent... It's clean and Olivia in the office was a huge help. We were going to cancel our new unit but she went out of her way to make sure we stayed and got us into the size we needed so once again Thank you Olivia and the other lady to that was also working in the office was very nice!!
