Crystal is amazing!! She is personable, friendly, extremely accommodating and has made my rental experience nothing short of fantastic!!! I give this location and this manager five stars all across the board!! Thank you for making my rental memorable!!
I would not recommend this location to anyone. The management here is unprofessional and I would advise anyone looking for storage to explore other storage providers. I had a terrible experience from the beginning to the end. A lady by the name of Crystal was a poor choice for representation for a front facing company position and I believe to make matters worse she was a manager.
