My rate was increased by almost 50% in less than a year . UPDATE- it has been a year and they just increased my total payment from around from around 220/mo to 405/mo. Not very good service and feels pretty deceptive.
Person at front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. That's the positive. Now the negative. Owner needs to fix the electronic access to the elevators. Requires multiple attempts to get them to go anywhere. Absolutely ridiculous in this day and age.
Crystal the manager is so polite, professional, and helpful! Moving in was a breeze and so stress-free 😌 👌
