Terrible service. Took over 30 minutes to set up an account because the assistant kept messing up the application. Once we finally got a unit we realized she forgot to give us a key. So we went back to office only to find that she had abandoned it before the end of the work day. Do not recommend.

The doors and elevators can be a pain with the inside storage. The app doesn't work all the time for entrance approval. So you have to type in your id number every time you go in or out. The elevators will close on you, be careful. The pricing went up 3 times in 2 years for a 10x10. My items always felt secured and i never ran into any shady people i just wish the pricing was more consistent and they would work on the enter/exit situation.
