Brenda was very helpful setting up my account. Facility is well maintained and very clean. Highly recomend.
This place is infested with rats do not take your stuff there I let them know about the situation and did nothing to help me the insurance I was paying for did not cover anything but 250 dollars my furniture and mattresses were damaged with rat feces and pee. They did not offer to move me units but told me that it was my responsibility they took no responsibility for it. 5 stars for the customer service! Brenda and all the staff have always been great. Super nice, kind, helpful and professional. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The problem is the rats. We rented here about a year and a half and just moved out because there were BIG rats getting in and leaving droppings everywhere. We caught 2.
