The customer service at this facility is incredibly lacking. You can't help people with their questions because "it's time for you to go to lunch". Maybe staff your facility with people who care about their job. There are plenty of people who need a job with better work ethic.

Update- Just closed my account with PS. Once I was in, I had 2 increases to my monthly rate during the last year. I'm hoping to get some semblance of good customer service as I have put a call in to the Manager in Sacramento. In the 6 weeks since I got my facility, I've gotten repeated notices with incorrect information as to which unit I rented and how much I have paid. The employee, Rebecca, has no customer service skills and the words "I'm sorry" are never uttered. For now, I need to leave my things at this facility, but ... read more

ITS RAINING INSIDE MY STORAGE UNIT IN SPARKS NEVADA. SHAME ON YOU. WAITED AFTER CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO ONE EVER CAME - NOT ONLY SHOULD YOU HAVE COME OUT AND COVERED THE ROOF LEAKS WITH PLASTIC OR SOMETHING - YOU SHOULD BE ON THE PHONE TO EVERY TENANT ASKING THEM TO CHECK THEIR UNIT - SO MUCH WATER DAMAGE IN MY UNIT AND I CAUGHT IT EARLY - ITS STILL RAINING AND WATER IS RUNNING ALONG THE BEAM WITH ADJOINING UNITS - MY NEIGHBORS ARE PROBABLY GETTING WET TOO! TERRIBLE SERVICE.
