Easy check in - facility is very clean and well maintained - the zoom kiosk was easy to use and the staff person was very sweet Would recommend
We arrived at our storage unit to find a new lock in place. We had received a message stating that our unit was not properly locked therefore the lock was changed, but upon opening it, we found our previous lock on the floor. It had been cut off. When we called to follow up with this and we were told that somebody broke into multiple units and they did not believe they stole anything based on watching the camera, but they had been inside of ours.
