The gentleman (sorry I forgot his name) that booked me in was so helpful, I hadn’t even expected to rent but initially just to inquire, but since he was so thorough with information and instructions I booked.
Clean, easy to get to your unit, very secure.
I’ve never had issues with this Public Storage in Roanoke. The property manager, Caitlyn, is awesome and very communicative if you ever need anything.
Amazing renting experience so far! The place is very clean and easy to navigate. The storage lockers are very well maintained and fit my belongings well. The staff here is amazing. They are very kind and hardworking when it comes to maintaining the overall area. I am very satisfied with this facility and will be renting here for the future!
