I had the unit for approximately 10 months. In the last 3 months they increased my rate from $274 to $505. We called the property manager and they were not able to help. A clear bait and switch. Renter beware. The only help they offered was that we could move to another unit same size same floor for $364. Shame on you Public Storage I thought you were a better company than this. Needless to say we are making arrangements to move and will be sure to warn everyone we come in contact with.

Good facility. But frustrating experience. The front office does not respond to numerous attempts at phone calls, and they raise rates by 25% within 3 months of initiating the contract for a unit. Edit: updated to 1 star, since I first posted this review I have still not been able to get the "property manager" to answer the phone. Every time I am met with a pre recorded message telling me their hours for answering calls, and it is always during a time I am calling. I have rented units several times at two different Public Storage locations over the past ten years. Their contract states they can increase the price when they choose. I started renting a 10x10 unit for $92 in December 2024, and I just received notice that the price will be $132 starting in May 2025. They have increased the price every single time I have rented within 3 to 4 months! I thought I would give it one last shot to see if it would happen again, and of course, it did!
