Bait and switch. They raise the rent every 3-ish months and will not negotiate even though new customers can rent a unit for significantly lower price. No customer loyalty.
No one in office to take my payment. Usually if staff has to step out for a moment they post the sign with clock hands "will be back at..." Someone's here. Their car has been out front.
Pam and Ian are the Best! So friendly and honest.
