My family has been using the Justin road Public Storage for over a decade now. From the present and attentive staff to the security from theft and weather, I appreciate the service they provide.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. They suck you in talking about they care about their customers. No they don’t. Not even a little bit. The only care about money. I’ve only been there a few months and they’ve already almost DOUBLED my rent. It’s not worth it. It’s ridiculous. The webs and spiders are crazy. The gate takes forever to open. The only good thing is that the location is super convenient. As soon as the weather cools off, I will be out of there. Any place is better than this.
Shannon was super helpful with our storage unit. She's been helpful with us getting new insurance and processing our new rate. She definitely deserves a pay raise. Customer service like hers is rare and awesome.
