Very nice facility. The unit was ready first thing this morning with a lock ready to go inside. Nice touch! Using an app for access is also nice and refreshing.
My only issue is the lack of flat bed carts
Very disappointed in this facility. For at least a month now, there has been mattresses, furniture and other items that have been left outside our unit, making it difficult to get to ours, every single time we need to access it. We have called management and they claim they will get it moved. It's never their fault and the responsibility of clean up gets passed on to others. First off Ian is never in the office I have recorded conversations of him being rude and talking over me how the hell we suppose to resolve anything when u talking over me he always has the door locked never there when he is and u knock he looks back then proceed to walk out he say he the new manager hell no get a new one how u expect me to clean out my storage there when u no trash can is available only for the employee as he said so aye stop calling my phone and get another manager cause your communication skills is jacked... read more
