I had an awesome experience meeting the Property Manager Reggie at Public Storage! I saw him outside taking the time to clean up and take care of the property, and we started talking. He gave me some great knowledge about the Labor Day specials and explained what makes Public Storage’s units and service stand out compared to other places. Very helpful staff. Automated and clean facility.
We have been trying to get a hold of someone at this facility for well over a month now. Left many messages with no response. They have our lock key so they could fix the door on our storage unit. We have been unable to get into our unit since then. It would be great for someone to call us back. Very disappointed in this place. On the messages they say they will promptly get back to you and that customer service is a high priority. I have yet to see that.
ZERO STARS. Public storage is the WORST storage company there is. Avoid this place like the plague. DO NOT STORE HERE! STAY AWAY! ZERO STARS. This place is a freaking joke. The staff is rude and lies. They will cut your lock if you are only a couple of weeks past due, then charge you astronomical fees for their fake crap. Stay far away from this trashy place. Wow.
