VERY DISHONEST COMPANY, the other reviews that were put in about Shannon at the Lewisville, Justin Rd location were people that did not even rent from public storage, she does not care about any complaints, she thinks the reviews she had people put in over rides the complaints, there is an investigation still in process by an employee of Public Storage to prove the reviews are people that did not even rent a storage, look at all the reviews that start with Shannon is, I will up date my review as the investigation goes on. Becky and Jonathan were professional and extremely helpful. This storage facility was IMMACULATE! There were lots of dollies for loading and unloading.
THINK TWICE ABOUT RENTING FROM THIS PLACE - One star is kind This place has difficultly communicating with their always turning over staff. My wife paid a full year upfront and she has disincentive been charged for an amount greater than agreed. Plus, they charged her for a second unit that she declined. Either the management team is incompetent or they are trying to steal money from their customers.
