The indoor facility is Loaded with rodents! It has a horrific odor that must be from the rats and mice! We saw three rats running on the rafters. Asked for a refund after first week with no luck. Charges for 1 full month and second prorated. Inspect before renting! You will be shocked.
Rats jumping out everywhere! It sounded like hail outside due to so many running in the hvac system. I’m shocked the health department hasn’t shut them down due to the smell and rat droppings all over the hallways and inside the units. Insulation ripped all through the halls, it’s infested….
Terrible experience. I have had the unit not even 2 weeks and my unit has been infested with rats. The smell is horrendous. I tried getting reimbursed for the month (seeing it’s the 1st today) and they refuse. There is no way I can continue to keep my things here. Rat urine is toxic and poses a risk of disease transmission, which can cause serious illness. We heard and SAW Rats running in the ceiling. Do NOT keep your things here.
I've been calling and calling no one never answers the phone. And if someone does finally answer they would tell me they would give me a call back but NEVER does!!
Shannon is extremely helpful. She has an excellent attitude towards work.
