Your company makes it very difficult to talk with a representative. Very difficult!!! Not appreciated.
I had to cancel, and they accepted it immediately, telling me they would refund me within 15 days, but I still haven't received anything despite my complaint to my bank, Wise.
Nick does a great job there with the facility. Answered all my questions.
Customer service is really great there, had an issue with my unit and Robert was able to help me out and is very helpful with anything you need. Would recommend renting here.
