Bryce was great to work with.
Took $97 off of my card even though it was supposed to be one month free. I have removed all of my items out of my unit before the one month mark and they still took cash. Tried contacting them also and no one answered. Be careful with this storage company.
Plz plz, do not rent from this storage, I had my things in this storage and I was only 1 month behind on my rent because I get a disability check at the end of each month I went in to pay for my unit I was told that my things were auction off, everything I had was gone. I tried to get in contact with them bck in June no one was in the office, I called and called an answering machine came on no one ever called me bck. I left messages no call bck. My grandson school equipment from k12 was in the unit and it's gone his laptop, ... read more
