DO NOT use this facility. All of my belongings are ruined due to mouse/rat infestation. Insurance is a waste of money- only covers $250 with a $100 deductible. I would NEVER use this facility or company again.
I contacted Public Storage in Branford CT after checking around for my storage needs. I spoke with Nell a few times and meet Renae at this site.. First and foremost, these two young ladies were very helpful and very nice to talk with. I received a nice clean unit (10 x 30). It served my storage needs very well. Getting back to the service, it was an 11 on the scale of 1-10. Thank you to Public Storage for having these two members on you staff.
