Kim and Delainey were awesome
This property has only one working elevator, the stairwells are locked, and the smell is absolutely horrible. Each and every time we've come, there aren't any carts available, so it ends up being multiple trips from the elevator at the end and walking all the way to our storage unit.
This place has only three flatbed to serve what looks like well over 100 units if not more. The lady at the front desk was definitely not helpful n gave an attitude instead of giving a solution when I inquired about the flatbed. The unit was nice n clean, but I can't seem to understand why charge so much yet still people are being inconvenienced because there is nothing (flatbed) to put their luggage on. Careless I believe.
Elevator has been down for multiple months now. This place should be avoided like the plague. Expect to add hours to your move if you're not near the only working elevator.
Getting a cart from the front desk when i have a unit on the opposite side is wildly annoying. Can we have some on the other side of the facility? Or even near any of the entrances. When i have to get one from the front, it's usually locked up. And poles guarding the entrances that aren't wide enough to fit furniture through. Come on. Do better.
