I work for a company called two men and a truck. Today we went to this storage unit to help a customer with her belongings but she had a difficult time with the bar code and her phone died. We couldn't allow her to use one of our phones because it was against standard protocol. She went to the Public storage office but nobody was there to help her, causing her to be extremely difficult and having to cancel the job.
