I was there during an extremely busy day and she was managing all customers needs simultaneously, even during customers clearly frustrated with Public Storage and complaints - she remained composed, professional and helpful to resolve those issues quickly. Melissa is always very helpful and friendly. The reason I gave only 4 stars is because the door is always locked when I get there to pay my bill. Also, if the 1st of the month is on a Sunday, I should not be told I'm late.
Malissa was extremely helpful to us. Showed us how to get in and took us to the unit. Answered any questions we had.
