Chris made sign up easy, was patient while walking me through all the steps and was pleasant. I came in with a lot of questions and Chris took his time to make sure all those questions were answered. Excellent customer service!
Our family have been renting a unit in this clean, pleasant, and climate controlled building since 2018. We got to the stage of Decluttering and given that the rent had increased, we were thinking of closing our unit entirely, which was going to be a daunting project, with a 10x15 unit full of books and papers as well as extra household items. When I called the location, the representative Chris answered all of my questions was very polite. Just a wonderful experience so smooth and fast. I wish there were more people like him out there. He needs a raise.
