No one on site by appointment only. They don’t answer the phone or call you back when you leave a message. Got stuck in the elevator while trying to load my unit. Was told by the help button in the elevator to find someone on site or to call. Only access to unit is by elevator. Had a rented truck full and couldn’t access the unit when we finally got out of the elevator. Had to go elsewhere. Wont refund my rental cause I didn’t cancel same day when i tried calling over 6 times. Do not go here. Terrible service and you may not... read more
