The "customer service" recieved from I believe Christy was terrible. Approximately a year ago a unit was being rented there by a family member. They let the unit go unpaid and it was auctioned off per their policy. I brought my mother there to obtain her birth certificate from the unit. Since documents and such had to be given to Public storage after the auction and the unit was gone through from the buyer. Dirty, run down, pits and hole and some parts actually dangerous. Leaks all over, doors that don't work.
