This place has fantastic staff but the one that made my experience great was Bridgett. She made me felt heard while talking about my things. She was very helpful and nice

She answered all my questions, made the process easy, and had such a positive attitude the whole time. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days. We dealt with Bridget in Casy SC and she could not have been more helpful!!!!!!! She went over to the unit and met with my daughter & friends to address our issue & it’s was successfully addressed within minutes. Such wonderful customer service from Bridget. We WILL be back! Many Thanks to her for her help and treating the girls as her own.
Bridgett helped me comfortably move into a storage unit at this location she is an amazing easy to work with employee!!! I highly recommend this exact facility
