I had to pay an unnecessary amount of money due to info that I was not given in the beginning & out of my control once I moved my items out of the storage. I will never go back to public storage.
Store 25867 Jovett did a great job taking care of us as we signed up for a unit! She was very courteous and knowledgeable.

This place is absolutely amazing. The customer service is incredible when I had an issue with my payment method. Jo reached out immediately and she was able to help resolve my issue. She stayed in contact and was available when I called which sometimes doesn’t happen at other storage facilities. I highly recommend this location from personal use but the overall companies locations I’m sure reflect the same work ethic. If needed in the future, Public Storage will be my first stop for service.
Lisa was very helpful regarding my rental. Very nice and courteous!
