Convenient and easy - just wish longer hours and rent didnt increase steadily to the point of unaffordabilty. Personally no issues, but my friends are getting priced out. Long time loyal customers should get a locked in rate, dont ya think?
Beware! Update 8/26/2025 Every year, a new rate hike. Started at about $70, now they want $217 for a 10x10. They absolutely hate their customers and treat you like their personal piggy bank. Update 08/31/2024 Another rate hike. $191 for an unconditioned 10x10. Update 11/13/2022 Again, a rate hike. Though it didn't just happen, my original rate about 3 years ago has almost doubled to the now current rate of $133/mo for a 10x10 unconditioned unit.
