I rented my space in December 2017 and this month they informed me that my agreed upon rate meant nothing and they would be doubling my rent. I spoke to Nathan in the corporate office after my phone calls were ignored by Bill in the regional office, and he informed me that they can raise the rent every month if they decide to do so. I am now stuck because I used a moving company to move my things into the unit, but I will be searching for other options as soo... read more
