Beware - Got a letter saying they needed to make upgrades to the unit we rented and we needed to vacate at our expense. We had to pay a mover to move us somewhere else for several hundred dollars. These were planned upgrades that were not previously disclosed to us. They gave us 2 months to vacate. However also got a letter saying the price was going up the last month!!! We got out before that.
