The Lansing, Michigan Grand River Ave is a JOKE. I wasted money on a junk unit for over 4 years!!! The unit’s roof leaked, ruined two expensive chairs, and a lot of other property that I’m finding as I am sorting through everything. That is just the tip of a huge mountain of crap to deal with this shady company. My rent started at $170 four years ago and every six months they increased the rent with bs excuses as to why. Someone broke into my unit and rahj the property manager was very rude about it and blamed me on the phone and in person. There is NO WAY to speak to his manager I’ve tried every number and keep getting directed back to him. Do not waste your money here. I’m missing two coats, a bed spread and some shoes. But I was told that I was “lying for my benefit”. Unbelievably bad customer service.
As I was helping my landlord move some things from his unit, my (80 year old, vietnam veteran) father in law came to pick me up, being it was his 1st time at your establishment he pulled in the parking spot wrong, one of your employees came outside and all but screamed at him to move..... What ever happened to customer service, or hell just being polite, and nicely asking him to move?
